I ordered a ceiling light fixture with a promise of 2-day shipping. I had a tight schedule since a technician was already set to come by. Four days passed, and the light still hadn’t shown up. When I called, they admitted they forgot to process my order. I didn’t hear a peep from them during this whole time. Right now, I’m still hanging on for the light fixture, which I hope arrives soon, but it’ll be too late for installation. If it doesn’t show up soon, I’ll have to reach out again and ask for a refund. I won’t be doing business with them again.

Terrible customer support!!!! Fantastic products!! If they would have just picked up my call and answered my question instead of hanging up on me a couple of times, I’d totally give them 5 stars. Be cautious about the measurements listed online... and for the love of all that’s good, don’t bother asking about them! I was right about the fitter measurements... thankfully - because it’s a fantastic product (which you can find at Home Depot!). Sorry - I really tried to make it work - but you completely ignored me!

This company is really solid. At first, I got the wrong order, but they quickly sent me the right one.

Great service and quick delivery. The only improvement could've been if the item was made of glass, but since these fixtures are over 30 years old, it’s tough to find the parts. Luckily, the acrylic version resembles the glass ones pretty well. Just my luck, I snagged the last one.

This is an awesome spot for online shopping. I found the best deal on the chandelier I bought. Shipping was super fast too. I’ll definitely be back to shop here again soon.

It took three weeks for the shade to finally get here, and it came with a label that's a real hassle to remove. Plus, there are some black spots on the amber glass. Not too thrilled about it. Also, I don’t recall seeing anything about the bottom being closed off.

I got myself 4 plain glass replacement shades for my bathroom lights. No other shop or website had just what I needed. OhBulbs.com had exactly what I was after and at a way better price than the shades at other places. I was a bit anxious they might get damaged in transit, but they showed up in flawless shape. The difference these replacements made in refreshing my bathroom is unbelievable, and all for such a low cost. I'm super pleased and would totally buy from them again!

It was packed nicely, a tad larger than my other bulbs, but it does the job just fine.

The lamp we got was in excellent condition at a fantastic price, and it showed up fast. It looks awesome! I wouldn't think twice about getting another lamp from this place. We flip houses that often require updated lighting, and now I've found a new spot to buy them.

So, when my glass shades got here, one of 'em was damaged. I shot an email to the company, and they sent me a free replacement in just a few days. Awesome customer service!
